The latest news in the social marketing field is that Google opted not to purchase Digg but decided to roll out its' own social bookmarking service.

They added many social bookmarking features to Google Reader:

  • a friend's list
  • RSS feed item sharing
  • commenting on blog posts
  • a blog recommendation engine based on your friend's feeds

Do You Submit Your Own Content on StumbleUpon?
