Quantum Marketing: The Next Buzzword in Online Marketing?

Just how important is it to manage the little things in your internet marketing business?

Things like:

  • responding personally to customers
  • making customer service a priority
  • focusing on providing value and service

Jack Humphrey thinks that these issues are important enough to merit a special name - "Quantum Marketing" - which is the title of a must-read post on Jack's Friday Traffic Report blog.

Borrowing the term from "Quantum Physics", Quantum Marketing refers to how the smallest things in your online business can have a huge effect on your results.

Read Jack's post for some very compelling examples and find out which big-name internet marketing maven answered his own phone for a customer service call.

It really is food for thought.

Could "Quantum Marketing" be the next buzzword in the internet marketing world?
