Avoid Gossip and Criticizing Others

How often do we find ourselves gossiping or speaking badly of others?
Unfortunately, this is quite commonplace in our society today.
This can serve as a major stumbling block to what we are trying to create in our lives: health, wealth, peace, meaningful relationships.
Consider the wisdom from Psalm 34 and steer clear from all gossip and being critical of others.
Like my Dad always said, "Unless you have something good to say about someone, don't say anything at all."
