The Best Diet Plan To Burn Fat Fast
I recently discovered what I think is the best diet plan to burn fat fast.
It is simple, easy to follow, and worked very well for me. As a matter of fact, I lost 2 inches off my waist in the first month (I went from a 34" waist to a 32" waist).

Brad's diet plan is based on intermittent fasting.
What is intermittent fasting?
It means that once or twice a week you engage in a period of fasting to reduce your total weekly intake of calories.
This also means that you can still enjoy foods that you love because you do not have to worry about your daily intake of calories, you keep your weekly calories in check by fasting.
So you can still eat pizza, wings, and have a beer or two with no worries. How cool is that?
And fasting will NOT:
- slow your metabolism
- make you sluggish (you will actually be more energetic)
- cause you to lose muscle mass

Another good idea for caloric intake. I already look at dairy intake as a weekly thing as in saving up to have pizza once in a while.

It would be hard to have steady insulin levels. I guess some diets just aren't for everyone.
